Part time role/flexibility. 4 days per week.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Handling and assisting with administration tasks
- Property marketing and daily tasks
- Placing pointer signs
- Assistance in conducting open inspections
- Working with positivity and professionalism
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Have excellent computer skills - Gmail, Word, Excel
- Assist with sales and property management team
- Prospecting for new listings, rental and loan referrals - calls, door knock and letterbox drops
- High self-standards of cleanliness, presentation, reliability & attention to detail
To be considered for the role you need to:
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Must have a current certificate of registration and drivers license
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
