About the role:
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant/Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong South. Reporting to the General Manager - Business Development, this role is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Account Manager/s with the identification, development and management of new and existing customers to achieve the business revenue and profitability objectives for CosmaxNBT.
Responsibilities include:
- Identification and support with the development of new customers
- Support with the management of existing customers
- Ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations within agreed timelines
- Ensure all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timelines
- Monitoring performance against service level agreements and flagging potential challenges
- Working closely with the Account Managers and with other internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled in an appropriate manner
- Ensure SIFOT of customer orders
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
- Support with the completion of annual pricing reviews
- Contribute to the continuous improvement strategies identified by the business
- Taking the lead in understanding trends and needs within the Australian Wellness industry
- Supporting in the development of marketing strategies that strengthen CosmaxNBT's position as a leading manufacturer in the Australian Wellness industry
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing Assistant role, preferably within the Complementary Medicine Industry in Australia or wellness industry
- Experience working within a contract manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP software

- Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner
- Language: ability to speak and communicate in Korean (desirable)
