About the role:

Multiple roles available

• Sales Associate to the Director
• Sales Associate to Lead Agent x2

As a Sales Associate, you will work alongside a well-experienced lead agent to help with various tasks such as lead/buyer nurture, database management, prospecting, and facilitating property sales. The role requires building long-lasting relationships with clients based on a rigorous communication plan that exceeds their expectations.
 

Key Accountabilities:

• Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking
• Lead/buyer nurture and database management
• Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
• Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections
• Open for inspection buyer callbacks
• Assisting and learning from the lead agent with ad-hoc sales duties
   

About You:

• Genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
• Current Real Estate License preferred, or Certificate of Registration
• Sales associate experience preferable
• Current drivers licence
• Immaculate presentation and positive attitude
