Responsibilities:
- Assist lead agents in prospecting, lead generation, and client management.
- Conduct property inspections and assist buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
- Learn and adhere to Real Estate legislation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective sellers and buyers through networking and marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on current market trends, pricing and property values.
- Communicate with buyers and the lead agent to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
- Utilise CRM tools and technology to manage leads, client information, and transactions.
Requirements:
- An Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration Real Estate or Real Estate Agent Licence
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Pro-active and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – written and verbal.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Real Estate contracts and legal terminology.
- Advanced computer skills and willingness to work with digital systems.
