This role supports the sales team in listing properties for sale
- Generating new business (telephone marketing & door-knocking)
- Preparing pre-listing kits & reports
- Database management
- Processing new listings and advertising schedules
- Scheduling appointments
- Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
- Assisting with phone & email inquiries
- Sales administration
- Maintain a positive company image in the marketplace through professional approach with clients and team members
- Create premium advertising copy and social media to attract clientele
- Manage campaign material development, administration, and delivery.
To be considered for this position you will
- Have a current Certificate IV Unrestricted Sales Registration
- Be a career-focused individual ready to be trained by one of the leading agents in the area.
- Be corporately groomed
- Be able to work every Saturday
- Have strong computer skills - able to type reports and feedback notes.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have effective time management
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Own your own car
