SALES POSITION WORKING ALONGSIDE SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / PARTNER (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Barry Plant Melton presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate/Personal Assistant to collaborate directly with one of the areas leading Agents, enabling you to enhance your skills and expertise in the field of real estate. This position serves as a proven pathway to success for individuals aspiring to become Real Estate Sales Consultants. 

We seek a motivated, determined and charismatic professional who desires to embark on an exhilarating career in real estate by learning from industry leaders. As part of our team, you will have access to continuous development and in-house coaching, equipping you with the knowledge and abilities required to excel in the industry. 

The Position

In this fast-paced role, you will work alongside and hands-on to one of Barry Plant’s top achievers, who will mentor you from the ground up. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct call backs and follow up buyers
• Prospect the local area for new business leads
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Prepare for and attend appraisals 
• Attend auctions and work the auction floor

The Person

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven by success. In particular, you will have:

• Previous real estate experience in a Sales Associate/assistant or leasing role ideal but not necessary - a positive attitude is more important!
• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• You must be tenacious, hungry and driven by results
• A natural relationship builder who loves people and communicates exceptionally well
• Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales
• Hungry for success and career progression
• Proven success achieving KPI's/targets
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
