About Our ClientOur client is a globally renowned private foundation owned by family office with strong financial backing and clear objective of making positive impact to the world.Job DescriptionBeing based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with other senior leaders in the private foundation.This individual will be acting as the on-the-ground focal point in Asia with primary responsibilities of driving partnership with key external stakeholder in related domains - ranging from universities, R&D labs, related start-up in private sectors, non-profit and government.Your ultimate objective is to be able to create an ecosystem by making best use of the available resources to drive development in the environmental and climate space across Asia Pacific.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should have strong domain expertise and Environmental Science (ideally with a PhD degree) while you should have proven experience building relationship/partnership with universities, government and non-profit sectors - while your own background can be from one of those fields.Being passionate about topics like climate changes, environmental protection and biodiversity with real determination to make a difference is important.You should be a hands-on person who is comfortable working independently in a small but growing office setting but also speaking to key stakeholders at eye level.What's on OfferIt is an exciting opportunity for individuals who aspire to work for a global private foundation/family office setting while contributing to the broader common good.It is an impactful role that you can truly utilise the resources to make a difference with reasonable package.
