Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting buyers at open homes, via phone and email.
- Managing the client database.
- Generating sales leads including cold calling, letter box dropping and setting appointments.
The successful candidate will have:
- An outgoing and vibrant personality with energy, drive, and a desire to help others.
- Evidence of a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline.
- Willing to obtain a current Real Estate Sales Representative certificate of registration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
- High calibre, professional presentation.
- Current Australian drivers’ licence and own vehicle is necessary to perform the functions of this role.

The remuneration for this role will include a base salary plus bonuses and/or allowances. The base salary will be commensurate with the successful candidates experience and qualifications.
