48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar is an award winning Italian restaurant and pizzeria with two locations in Melbourne. Most recently we were awarded the titles of Best Pizzeria in Oceania 2021, Best Pizzeria in Asia Pacific 2022, #13 Pizzeria in the World 2022 and #1 Pizzeria in Australia 2023

Both our Elsternwick and South Yarra restaurants need a new leader!

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Venue Manager.

What we need in a successful Venue Manager:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Career minded with exceptional leadership skills

• Understands the value of customer service and loves going that extra mile for customers

• A team player with a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

• Attention to detail

• Ability to set, implement and review service standards

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

• Professional attitude

• A leader who can coach and develop their team to deliver consistently exceptional service

• Evening availability

• Current RSA

• Ready to take on a dynamic role!

Knowledge of Italian food and culture is preferred.
