A long standing in-home aged care provider is now seeking a full-time Office Administrator. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to support the organisation now and in the future.
With over 40 years of experience and continuous growth, this organisation addresses the many different needs of our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community through in-home aged care, and social support engagement.
About the role
As the Office Administrator you will be required to deliver a wide range of administrative support services and activities to ensure the timely, efficient and effective operations of your many internal stakeholders. Some of the tasks are but not limited to:
- Provide high-level administrative support for the organisation.
- Support the execution of all admin across all MCWA programs
- Handle office tasks e.g., filing, generate reports and presentations, setting up meetings, reorder supplies etc.
- Prepare documents for meetings and take notes and minutes in meetings.
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
- Answer all incoming calls while maintaining polite and professional communication.
- Maintain and purchase all supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels across departments.
- Provide general support to visitors.
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Excellent customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience using Adobe.
- High proficiently in English language, both verbal and written.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Macedonian language is highly regarded.
- Qualification in Administration or related field is desirable.
- Current Police Certificate.
- Proven experience in a similar position is highly regarded.
