We are seeking a Sales Associate to work alongside one of our Elite Sales Agent and business owner as her Buyer Manager. The role is with the view to be mentored with progression to Sales Agent for the right candidate.

Specifics of the role:
- Monday to Friday position
- Database management
- Lead follow up including assisting in prospecting and responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Preparation of pre-listing kits, property reports and sales contracts
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Assistance with full campaign management
- Liaison with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers, building and pest inspectors, valuers, tradespeople and suppliers critical to our business
- Attending to photography, valuation, building and pest and pre-settlement inspections
- Arranging and attending open / private home inspections
- Social media contribution
- General administration duties
What we are looking for:
- Real Estate certificate and registration
- Experience using Realworks, Pricefinder, Nurture Cloud and Vault would be advantageous
- Good local knowledge of the area is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient technology skills
- Outstanding customer service and time management skills
- A continuing drive to learn new skills and join a dynamic and driven team committed to being the best in the business

- A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
