AddressYou will be extremely hands on in a busy, fast-paced, exciting and challenging Sales Associate role. We are looking for a proactive individual with superior customer service skills, highly motivated, disciplined and with a desire to succeed. Your focus will be on lead generation across all aspects of the business and through commitment and determination you will be provided with the tools to become your own agent!
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the agent
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Prospecting new customers through various channels including cold calling & door knocking
- Managing potential buyers and their requirement
- Learning the skills required to become an independent agent
- Providing local area knowledge to clients
- Working as part of a team to achieve team goals
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques
- Possess a Queensland Office of Fair Trading Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
- Have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Be prepared to work on weekends.
- Be highly motivated and have a career mindset
- Be well organised, pay attention to detail, and present meticulously.
