Sales Associate Role With An Award-Winning Agent!

We are searching for a Sales Associate to work with an award-winning Lead Agent who, as he operates with the utmost integrity, energy and professionalism, has become the top ranked agent in his marketplace.  

In this exciting and fast-paced role you will be involved in all facets of the listing and selling process; obtain the benefits of training with and learning from the best and membership into the number 1 real estate brand in the market.

The role itself comprises of the following key areas of responsibility:

Direct support to a top ranked agent in the area
Database prospecting
Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, solicitors and others in the listing and marketing process (photographers, inspectors, valuers)
Prospecting calls, door knocking, and other associated requirements as required.
Conducting open homes and buyer inspections
Buyer management
Attending weekly sales meetings & training
General administration duties where required including database management.

To be successful you will have:

Industry experience would be an advantage.
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration  
A current QLD driver's license and suitable vehicle
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Organized, self-motivated and strong work ethic.
