Our client DOMINATE their local market with majority of their sales agents ranking NUMBER 1 in their core area. This is a role for a motivated, driven & hungry SALES ASSOCIATE. You will be supporting and directly working with a lead agent who is one of the most well-known Agents in the Inner West. This is an opportunity for you to be exposed to the best clientele in the market & be mentored by a very successful team!
The Role:

• Open homes
• Attending & Preparing for Auctions
• Prospecting for new listings & building database
• Managing Buyers & Vendors
• Call backs, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
• Negotiating sales
• Analysing the market & trends
• Supporting #1 Agent in the Inner West
• Great opportunity to develop into your own agent
• Training & mentoring by the best in the business

The Candidate:

• Must be driven, passionate & motivated!
• High desire to be successful & number 1!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Switched and driven to succeed
• The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
