The Role:
- Open homes
- Attending & Preparing for Auctions
- Prospecting for new listings & building database
- Managing Buyers & Vendors
- Call backs, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
- Negotiating sales
- Analysing the market & trends
- Supporting #1 Agent in the Inner West

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
