About the opportunity:
You will be working in a high performing team and learning from an experienced Lead Agent. You will be responsible for :
- Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
- Prospecting face to face and via telephone;
- Assisting at open homes;
- Buyer call backs;
- Buyer appointments;
- Liaising with vendor and buyers;
- Relationship management;
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long term career in real estate.
Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Box will be held in high regard, but is not essential.
A current QLD real estate registration certificate is essential.
