Form of workThis position would suit an experienced sales associate, graduate or junior person with a proven telemarketing background who will work alongside a lead agent supporting the them with Lead Generation activity, Database marketing and management, campaign management and Open for Inspection preparation and assistance.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Email/enquiry management
- Lead Generation – calls & letterbox drops
- Servicing Pipeline with preparation of pre listing kits, Appraisals, CMA’s
- Campaign management supporting Lead Agent
- Property Marketing
- Contract preparation
- Auction preparation and support
- Maintaining social media
- Buyer Management
- After sales
What you will need
- You will require a current Queensland certificate to be suitable for this position.
- The ideal candidate will be looking for an entry level role within the real estate industry.
- You must have Sales Certificate
- You must have a drivers’ licence and own vehicle
Representing sellers requires a commitment any time of the day or week. Must be prepared to do what it takes! Weekend work will be required.
You will be confident, enjoy talking with people, have a professional phone manner and be driven.
