THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY…
If you have 6 months or more experience as a Property Consultant and are eager for the chance to work alongside a seasoned lead agent, we encourage you to apply.
In a Property Consultant role within one of our sales teams, you will be responsible for…
• Supporting the lead agent with admin, buyer work, and assisting with listing and selling property
• Working towards achieving an agreed budget
• Prospecting efficiently and effectively
• Attending open inspections and preparing for auctions
• Providing advice and service to the client
• Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gift/sold stickers
• Attending appointments with trades/inspectors
• Continually growing your skills through the many resources and training opportunities we provide our agents
WHAT YOU WILL BRING…
We would love to meet you if you have:
• 6+ months experience as a Sales Agent
• A current Real Estate License is essential
• High level of customer service
• Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred)
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
• Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property
