Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Building relationships within your target suburb
• Nurturing prospective clients
• Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities
• Build, maintain and manage internal database
• Consistently achieve a high level of leads for the agents you represent
• Prepare necessary sales documentation and forms
• Organise and conduct inspections with the agents you represent
• Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
• Represent your Belle Property Office at local community functions and networking events.
• Attend all internal and external training meetings and conferences.
• Complete Certificate IV Real Estate
