Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Dealing directly with customers
Understanding customer needs and building solutions accordingly
Visiting, quoting, and signing up contracts
Taking control of opportunities and guide them to a sale.
Leads are provided to you - No Cold Calling Involved!
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of at least 5 years’ Experience in the building industry
Exceptional sales and sales process management skills
General Computer skills a must!
Strong presentation, negotiating and influencing skills Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours.
Self-driven and a positive attitude
