Project Sales Agent

Ray White Projects Gold Coast is entering a high growth phase, with a number of new and exclusive residential projects launching in the coming months.  With an incomparable presence in the iconic Surfers Paradise Pedestrian Mall, the Ray White Projects Showroom attracts local and visiting buyers looking for off-the-plan opportunities right across the greater Gold Coast region.

We are searching for a highly motivated, professional and energetic addition to our sales team to undertake the following roles:

• Work a rotating roster of shifts alongside the team at our Cavill Avenue Sales Office in Surfers Paradise;
• Use exceptional sales skills to introduce buyers to a wide selection of residential projects across the Gold Coast;
• Nurture buyer relationships and work with existing database buyers to grow long-lasting client relationships;
• Autonomously manage the introduction of buyers to projects and coordinate the signing of Expressions of Interest; Contracts; Payment of Deposits etc.
• Maintain relationships with buyers from initial meeting through to successful settlement.

The successful applicant will have access to all of our project listings, including exclusive residential developments not offered anywhere else.  Ray White Projects Gold Coast has the largest selection of new development across South East Queensland and was recently awarded No. 3 Projects Office for Ray White internationally.

The successful applicants will need:

• Current QLD Real Estate Sales Licence
• A reliable car to inspect properties with clients
• To be available to work day or night shifts and weekend shifts
• Good knowledge of the Gold Coast and South East Queensland property market
• An outgoing, friendly and engaging nature with a can do attitude
