This is a highly rewarding but challenging role operating from one of Metricon’s beautifully presented new home display centres within metropolitan Adelaide as well as out of the Parkside Office. Typically Monday-Friday 9.00 - 5.00 with some after hours and some weekend work.
You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity, gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative assistance to the Sales ConsultantWork closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres
Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
Liaise with customers for Sale Accept queries and clarification.

You will need to be flexible to travel to multiple work locations as you may be assigned to a specific display centre or multiple display centres within the selling region.
Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations and weekends. National Police Check is required for all successful applicants.
