Sales Cadet - Coronis Inner South

THE ROLE

To provide support to the Brad Sissons Team to ensure they can carry out their roles without distraction. This will allow The Brad Sissons Team to list, prospect and sell more properties and grow their market share in the Brisbane Inner South.

Working very closely with Brad Sissons and Danni-lee Capell you will have access to 28 years of real estate experience that spans across the Greater Brisbane Region as well as every type of residential transaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Client Data Base Management (calls, emails and property reports).
• Nurturing relationships with current and future clients (including a very big pipeline).
• Research and data collection.
• Amazing customer service.
• Assisting the team with Open homes (mid-week and Saturdays).
• Lead generation / Prospecting for new business.
• Able to work within a dynamic team but also able to work independently.
• Calling existing and past clients from the Brad Sissons Team database.
• Finding and adding new prospects to the database.
• Door knocking around new listings and Just Sold properties, to provide the market with updates.
• Following up on Withdrawn Properties.

• This is a career opportunity, you should be hungry to learn and grow, with an option should you choose, to move into a Sales Associate role in the future.

WORK HOURS:

We know that burnout is a big thing in real estate so as a team we create a workspace that allows for some real downtime. But when we are working it is 110%.

· Monday 8:30- 5 pm

· Tuesday 8:30- 5 pm

· Wednesday 8:30- 6 pm

· Thursday – Day Off

· Friday 8:30- 5 pm

· Saturday 8:30- 5 pm

*Please note on some occasions we do need to work outside of these hours
