As a Sales Representative, you will spearhead our sales efforts, working with warm leads and engaging with walk-in clients in a face-to-face capacity.

Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Educate clients on our range of memorial packages, from plaques to entire stone and memorial packages.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion in dealing with clients during sensitive times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
