Position Overview: As a Custom Home Sales Person at Virtue Homes, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding clients through the journey of bringing their dream homes to life. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcasing our stunning designs and guiding clients through the customisation process.
- Building rapport and trust with clients through your approachable and friendly demeanour.
- Collaborating with our experienced design and estimating teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate who embodies our values of teamwork, positivity, and dedication. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a track record of success.
- A genuine passion for custom home design and a desire to help clients achieve their vision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A can-do attitude and a drive to exceed targets and expectations.
- Experience in new home construction processes is valued but not essential.
