Based in our St Kilda road office and Sydney office, the successful candidate will possess a natural flair for building client rapport and qualifying new customer opportunities in a dynamic and energetic sales environment. Using a consultative needs-based approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads leading to sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will be the first line of direct contact for potential new Greenrock clients, you will be qualifying leads for the Sales Directors, deciphering specific information from prospects through direct outbound calls and emails and converting these leads into warm opportunities.

Qualifying leads through the approach of cold calling
Partnering closely with our Sales Manager and Company Directors to Identify Hot Leads
Processing Leads through CRM
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets & KPI’s
Successfully handle objections through proven trained techniques
Manage Negotiations with Senior-Level Executives
Build Rapport and Establish Long-Term Relationships with Clients
Successfully create business from new customer data

Background in sales and or tertiary education in real estate or financial fields advantageous
Previous call centre or outbound lead generation experience preferable
