To service our increasing demand and continue to provide 5-star customer service VanHomes is seeking an experienced & enthusiasticSales Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team!
About the role
Working on Inbound and Outbound Sales, you will be converting a massive number of leads generated by our strong online presence while finding new business opportunities in untapped markets.
On a daily basis, you'll be talking to mums and dads, caravan park managers/owners, large corporates, and Government departments over the telephone and face to face.
Customers come in daily to look at our display homes, and you'll be there to answer their queries, establish their needs and provide them with a solution to their needs while guiding them through the purchase process.
Our customer demographics vary therefore, it's important you have a versatile and adaptive communication style.
Customer satisfaction is key, and we pride ourselves on our service from start to finish. Anything less than a 5-star review means we haven't done our job right.
Location
You'll be working out of our Head Office and manufacturing facility located at Berkeley Vale on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, with the rest of our fantastic team.
Depending on the customer type you may be required to do some travel and therefore a drivers license will be essential,

About you
To be suited for this role you would have at least 3 years of sales experience
At Least two recent and contactable professional references.
Previous experience in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM would be beneficial.
Confident in high volume client contact via phone and email
Confident in face to face appointments
