THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join Pacific Ford Maroochydore.
With significant growth, an increase in stock volume and the number 1 selling vehicle in Australia the Ford Ranger, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Consultant to solidify their career with Ford.
This role will require a truly passionate and dedicated Sales Consultant who can take up the challenge of delivering the ultimate customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
With strong people skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. Candidates must also be able to display the following requirements.
- Be proficient with basic computer skills.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Be able to demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
- Have a willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills and be mentored by our experienced management team.
- Candidate must a strong and reliable work ethic and process driven mindset to achieve personal renumeration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - this will be required at some stage
