Essential Skills
- Ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time
- Ability to support and work with other team members and departments

- Exceptional communication skills
- A full and current driver’s licence is also required
Position Description
- Professional handling of enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery, and follow-up
- Following set sales procedures, including, customer needs analysis, valuation of trade-ins, test drives, offer to purchase, negotiations, delivery and follow-up
- Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our customers
- Maintaining high level of presentation of vehicle display and customer Facilities
- Keeping customer relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
