Role Perspective:

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound phone prospecting, booking, and closing leads provided by our company. This role is integral to our sales team, requiring a confident, persistent, and results-oriented individual who is not afraid to make high-volume phone calls. Your efforts will focus on securing and pre-qualifying attendance for live sales events and selling digital workshops.

You have exceptional sales skills combined with a passion for making a difference. You’re motivated with proven experience in phone-based sales, preferably in a high-volume environment. You have a drive for personal achievement and exceeding targets. You thrive on personal achievement and exceeding targets. Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious, you bring a strong work ethic to everything you do. You have strong communication skills and excel at building genuine rapport with clients. Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, you navigate challenges with ease. Your technical and financial skills include proficiency in customer management software, spreadsheets, word processors, and basic accounting knowledge for budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Engaging with qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
  • Contact and convert all eligible existing clients to attend live Real Estate events and digital workshops
  • Prequalify leads based on internal eligibility criteria
  • Booking and closing leads, utilising your proven sales techniques.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions within our CRM system.
  • Follow up sales calls with all attendees of previous digital workshops to increase qualified sales.
  • Work closely with other departments to create, refine and maximise conversion lists to call.
  • Exceeding monthly KPIs and contributing to team success.
  • Create and report on appointments and attendees
  • Liaising with events and sales departments to confirm booking details and travel logistics

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in outbound sales
  • Finance experience highly desirable
  • Exceptional English skills
  • Advanced knowledge in sales methodology
  • Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory). 


Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast or Norwest, Sydney.
