The Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Service Administrator / Coordinator for a full time position.
Duties include:
· Manage pipeline of service and administrative tasks and action by priority.
. Provide 1st class Customer Service, answering telephone enquiries & emails from new & existing clients in a timely manner.
· Accurately Recording information on our cloud-based job service App
· Creating new work orders, contracts received from quotes from emails, & telephone enquiries
· Filing documents, some AR and general administration duties
· Data entry, administration
· Creation of new bookings and maintain schedule for sales team.
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
· Very good to excellent computer skills, ServiceM8 knowledge a plus
· Ability to focus on the task at hand and excellent follow through
· Able to work as part of a close-knit team under the supervision of your Team Manager as well as using your own skills and initiative to provide the best service.
· Swift follow up of tasks and an excellent eye for detail
· Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
