We are well known for our No Fuss! Brand. Our company is looking for salespeople who enjoy providing the ultimate customer experience, winning the hearts of our customers every time.
This role is available in Castle Hill.
About The Role:
- We are looking for people with strong customer service skills. You need a can do attitude, determination to succeed, and enthusiasm.
- We are looking for competitive people who want to earn more than $100k p.a. and are willing to put in the effort to achieve it. We are looking for people who want a career in sales.
- You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence. Our measure and quotes and check measures are done off site at customers’ homes. Measure and quotes are commission driven and done outside of showroom hours.
- You would need to be happy to work most weekends and take days off during the week.
About You:
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – you need to be able to clearly verbalise to customers.
- Able to build and maintain rapport with clients.
- Able to effectively time manage a sales process from start to finish.
- Ability to understand and follow company procedures ensuring transparency, honesty and safety throughout the sale process.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly while maintaining consistent communication with clients.
