One of Denmark's most renowned Furniture and Homeware Brands has launched its first ever Showroom in Melbourne! If you love Scandinavian design and have experience in sales and interior styling, then we would love to hear from you.
In this role you will build rapport with premium clients. The ideal candidate will have high-end furniture sales and interior styling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales for residential and retail customers
- Take clients through furniture selection, customization, and design consultation in their stunning Richmond showroom
- Prepare design presentations for clients when needed
- Reach and exceed a defined set of KPIs and budgets
- Deliver after-sales service to encourage repeat business
- Sun - Thurs roster
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated high-end customer service or sales experience relevant to the residential interior design market
- Experience in high-end furniture sales, preferable
- Exceptional understanding of spatial planning, colour and fabric specification
- Demonstrated interior styling experience with a natural creative flair
- A strong personal interest in furniture and interior design
- Interior Design tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
