We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Sales Consultant/ Equipment Specialist!
🔍 Role: Sales Consultant /Equipment Specialist 📍 Location: Kedron 💼 Full-Time Position
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in selecting the perfect mobility aids, including scooters and electric beds, tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expertise in the proper use and maintenance of mobility equipment, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered. This includes in-home or showroom.
- Conduct thorough product assessments and fittings to ensure maximum comfort and functionality for each customer.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to offer customers the latest and most effective solutions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or mobility sector.
- Full unrestricted driver's license for in-home consultations (company vehicles available)
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment, as part of daily responsibilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service to customers.
