At Adage we have extensive experience fitting out many of the top restaurants, pubs, cafés and hotels across these locations.
The Role
This is a Sales Consultant position based in the Seven Hills branch of NSW. You will enjoy working within the dynamic high-performing, close-knit team, who have a strong line of business relationships built on trust & high quality.
You will provide exceptional customer service and experience to our clients whilst assisting them with their exciting new venue refurbishments. You will provide clients with an insight across the extensive product lines, assist with product suggestions, provide colour & style information for the clients to bring their exciting new vision to life!
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Conducting face to face visits with clients to show product samples and measure up venues.
- Follow up calls to existing clients.
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner.
- Working with the design team to create 2D layouts.
- Presenting Proposals via Video, Phone & In-Person.
- And the most important, converting leads into orders!
What we are looking for:
- A passionate and motivated Sales Consultant, preferably with experience in hospitality or the commercial furniture industry.
- Results driven with a proactive mindset and commercial acumen.
- Proficient MS Office capability with experience across CRM platforms.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ultimate customer experience.
