You’ll play a critical role, working closely with tradies who inquire about joining our platform by communicating the key benefits they will receive as a member of hipages.

How you will add value:
- Kicking goals by exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Making a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and chasing inquiries promptly
- Explaining to our tradies the benefits of hipages and handling objections as they come up
- Closing sales, sealing the deal and signing up tradies to our platform
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed
About you:
- Experience making inbound and outbound calls. Ideally in a sales environment, working to targets and KPIs
- Reaching out to potential customers and making the sale to convert users
- High energy and resilience with a team player attitude
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
