Our Client is one of Australia's most trusted home builders, we are currently recruiting a gun Sales Consultant to join this fun & friendly team.
About the role
You will be a first point of call for new home buyers and investors selling house and land packages available within Leppington & Austral regions. This role is perfect for someone wanting to build their career within an already successful company. You will be managing the sales process prospecting new clients, building relations and driving sales for custom residential project homes in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities for the role
· Strong focus on new business development
· Ensuring customers are nurtured and followed up
· Preparation of reports
· Manage CRM database & ensure data entered is accurate
· Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications
Skills & experience
· Demonstrated sales experience
· Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines
· Ability to read and interpret plans and DA's
· Ability to liaise with a range of clientele including purchasers, builders, councils etc.
· Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail
