Cascada Group manufactures and supplies a range of precast concrete products to the infrastructure, construction, and mining sectors, throughout Western Australia. Our clients include mining companies, engineers, construction companies, builders, plumbers, electricians, and architects.

As the successful candidate you will be working closely with civil contractors, engineers, builders, plumbers, electricians and will develop strong technical product knowledge. Importantly, you'll be well supported by a fantastic sales team and be given all the tools and assistance needed to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

•   Managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers. 
•   Estimating and costing precast concrete products to meet customer needs.
•   Preparing and submitting tender documents.
•   Demonstrating teamwork and a strong work ethos on a consistent basis
 

•   Knowledge and experience in a Civil/Construction industry.
•   Be driven to achieve sales targets.
•   Ability to work in teams toward shared goals
•   Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Drivers License.
•   The right to work in Australia.
•   Previous experience in a sales role is desirable, however, full training will be provided for candidates that can clearly demonstrate an eye for detail; confidence and an ability to learn quickly.
