Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to assist in managing key accounts and working with each client from the initial inquiry through to installation. Based in Bayswater, this growing organisation has national accounts and is now seeking to expand the sales team due to continual growth.

With flexible start and finish times and a state-of-the-art office facility, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing privately owned organisation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will receive in-depth product training and have the opportunity to learn estimation and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in creating customised quotes for upcoming projects.
• Proactively following up on existing quotes and providing relevant information.
• Answering inbound phone and email inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and analysing sales data to identify trends.
• Maintaining the company database and inputting activities into the CRM system.
• Acting as the first point of contact for client queries.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Previous sales experience and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Upholding values of integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to exceptional service.
• Sound written, verbal, and computer literacy skills.
• Exhibiting motivation and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Having a keen eye for detail and thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Working within an experienced and enjoyable sales team, this role primarily involves solution-based sales and will eventually lead to managing major national accounts.
