Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in creating customised quotes for upcoming projects.
- Proactively following up on existing quotes and providing relevant information.
- Answering inbound phone and email inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and analysing sales data to identify trends.
- Maintaining the company database and inputting activities into the CRM system.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Previous sales experience and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Upholding values of integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to exceptional service.
- Sound written, verbal, and computer literacy skills.
- Exhibiting motivation and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Having a keen eye for detail and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
