Our busy and excelling business has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and passionate about delivering quality experience to all our customers.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the sales manager you will:
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport during in-home visits, while using the consultative selling techniques necessary to provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve high sales conversion rates to meet set targets and KPI’s.
- Maintain the CRM system, and customer database, accurately recording all interaction.
- Drive new leads via self-generated opportunities and referrals to supplement the qualified leads you will be provided with.
You are:
- A motivated professional with proven sales success in selling consumer products or services (essential).
- Confident in your ability to sell value and close deals.
- Able to complete after hours work and possibly weekends when required
- A team player who contributes positively to their work environment.
- Experience in direct sales in the renewables sector (desired but not essential).
You will:
- Create and maintain excellent rapport with customers - make an exceptional first impression and offer superior service and advice.
- Possess interpersonal skills and are comfortable with meeting new people on a daily basis.
- Practice time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
- Have intermediate computer skills, and hold a current driver’s licence. Some regional travel will be required.
