Join a growing, established and award winning boutique Property business with specialisation across new development site sales, acquisition, feasibility and providing a full value adding service in all aspects of real estate.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will join the next phase of this evolving business in managing the Established Residential sales division stepping up into a Sales Manager, and taking the lead on growing this with a pathway to leadership and growing a team beneath you.

The role:
With access to a large database of contacts, you will create and execute a sales plan to expand the customer base and company reach. You will meet with and grow long term relationships with clients, addressing their needs. Once up and running in the position, you will recruit sales representatives and set objectives, train, coach them. You will ensure the business objectives are met and contribute to this exciting business growth!

Ideal candidate:
With 3-5 years of experience in residential sales under your belt, you're ready to elevate your career by spearheading the growth of a New Division. Ideal for ambitious consultants seeking advancement in their field, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership and shape the trajectory of a boutique business. Your enthusiasm and drive will be instrumental in making this position and the business truly yours.
