Key Responsibilities:
Full Time Sales Consultant
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect furniture pieces to meet their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on their product features, benefits, and customisation options to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and sales records, including tracking inquiries, orders, and follow-up activities, to support effective sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in retail or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate our customers' schedules.
