Key Responsibilities
Taking a proactive approach in providing insights and aid customers in their purchase by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable options.
Maintain and build relationships, having strong engagement and maximising their buying experience.
Implement a purposeful call contact cycle to develop and maintain profitable business with new and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities with new customers and identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
Assisting with incoming leads, data entry and work-flow distribution through the operating system
Provide internal administrative support and feedback to the sales team
Working collaboratively as a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
About you
A sales professional with experience within the trades space OR sales experience within a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, creating a long lasting experience
Highly driven, strong resilience and perseverance.
Multitasking capabilities without compromising on quality of service
Dependable, accountable, organised & able to work effectively under minimal supervision
Driven to grow and learn continuously, having a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist others.
