National Australian owned company that provides leading Security contracts and solutions into major industry sectors such as Building, Commercial, Civil, Entertainment and Major Retail.
Use your BDM experience to hunt new business and work closely with major industry clients such as Westfield, Olympic Park, Stadiums and Major Tier 2 construction sites.
This role will give you the flexibility to work without being micro managed and the freedom of a true BDM role.
Take clients out to lunch, prospect major accounts, work closely with the operations team to put together tailored presentations to secure long term contracts.
Your main focus in this role is to secure contracts into major industry market sectors for the supply of full-time security guards.
Duties
- Cold calling new clients and generating new leads and opportunities
- Set up and attend client meetings to propose a solution for the client’s needs
- Provide reports and feedback to the operations manager
- Identify new potential areas of interest and work closely with the operations team to put together a structured plan
- Attend client meetings with the operations team and provide presentations where needed
- Increase new business and overall company portfolio
About You
- Current or recent experience selling services or contracts
- Must be an autonomous and experienced sales professional and have experience in lead generation and new Business Development
- Marketing experience/background is highly adventageous
- Ability to work un managed as the company does not like to micro manage it staff
- Experience within a prior external lead generation role or BDM role over seeing portfolios above $5M
- Able to work closely with other members of the team to put together constructive strategies
- Have a genuine love and passion for selling and generating new business
- Enjoy face to face selling and interactions
- Ability to travel within Australia if and when needed
What’s On Offer
- Base salary of $110k - $130k
- Super at 11%
- Complete uncapped commission structure that is designed to reward your sales efforts. Commission expectations for hitting companies realistic KPI’s and Targets between $50k - $80k, however this is uncapped
- Car allowance of $20k per annum
- Realistic OTE earnings $170k - $220k per annum
