About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator at Humpy Co., you will play a pivotal role in leading the Burleigh Heads Sales Division and servicing our customers in QLD & NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
- Managing high volume leads, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
- Present, promote, and sell the Humpy Co. Range to existing and prospective customers, utilising solid arguments and effective communication techniques.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for customers to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to customer leads through various channels, including cold calling, to generate sales opportunities.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes, demonstrating strong sales performance.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experiences and outcomes.
- Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential.
- Confident communicator with a passion for meeting people face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Flexible approach to work hours, which will include weekend work requirements
