Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the team in the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing coordination and a passion for creating engaging content and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and content.
Content Creation:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, attendee registration, and promotional materials.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use analytics tools to track key metrics and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget tracking.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
