Galactic Donuts in Daisy Hill is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify key market segments and develop targeted sales strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- May need to work outside of the Daisy Hill area.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Galactic Donuts' customer base. This includes wholesale and catering customers as well as local schools and sporting clubs.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share sales updates, provide support, and coordinate activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
