About the role
We require a full-time permanent Sales Coordinator to provide dedicated support to our Sales Department. You will come and join a highly supportive team and be responsible for the vehicle stock and coordination of all new vehicles to and from external suppliers and customers.
The Sales Coordinator will manage all aspects of the order from the build process right through to the delivery to our customers. You will be required to liaise with body builders and other suppliers as well as internal staff to ensure the smooth, on time and correct specification of new vehicles.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Source and locate vehicles from the manufacturer or other dealerships as required
- Receive and assist with the coordination of new vehicles into stock, to third party suppliers and delivery to our customers
- Ensure that all databases and customer communications are recorded and completed in a timely manner
- Complete all administrational duties in relation to customer deliveries and accurately process invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Conduct marketing and networking activities to generate sales as required
- Any other miscellaneous duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of automotive industry including previous stock control experience and or knowledge of export procedures and logistics
- Must have a valid Driver’s licence, HR/HC/MC Drivers Licence an advantage
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
