Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fleet Sales - Delivery Coordinator. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to our valued clients. The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the delivery process, from scheduling to logistics management, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries in accordance with customer orders and scheduling requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and service, to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on delivery timelines and address any concerns or enquiries.
- Oversee vehicle inspection processes prior to delivery to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle statuses, and customer communications.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as transportation providers and vehicle manufacturers, car-care fitment providers, to optimize delivery logistics and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the delivery process, resolving any issues or challenges promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is required.
