Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales of removal homes, engaging with future and current and past clients
- Greeting people and CUSTOMER SERVICE is of absolute importance
- Answering Telephones, Bookings and General reception duties
- Completing Safe Work method statements
- Form 65 lodgments to the office of Industrial Relations
- Scheduling and Co-ordination of jobs and consistent communication with clients and staff
- Contracts Completion
- All aspects of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Daily reporting
